Periods is not a disease

There are many things of periods which have to follow all ladies in every home. But nobody wants to talk about it. Not even in the village, in the city also there is restriction of the periods. When of the first time of periods she can’t talk to anyone about it, but second time she talk about it and ask question for it. Everyone tells that she is unclean during the periods. As we say that don’t touch the pickles, it will destroy. In the old time there is no way of hygiene to manage a periods. That’s why ladies have to stay one place, but now there are all facilities. So, ladies do not need to be bonded in any bond. In the old time we had to bathe in the pond, so that would say not take a bath during this time because blood goes into the pond water? But now all is bathing in your bathroom. So, there is no problem in the shower or hair bath. Rather we should bath daily for cleaning. In old time there was not a bath and did not take care of cleaning so if any will touch pickle with the dirty hands. It will spoil.  Having stared the periods means girls are going to big and it has done with all the girls. It has nothing to do with a period just means cleaning.
